Working with Tracey Hernandez of Sisters Real Estate Services again exceeded all of our expectations. Going back to 2012 when we decided to buy a retirement home in Gibsonton, Florida, Tracey met with us on follow-up trips and was always in touch while we were looking at properties. She was happy to check them out for us and send us all the info, and was so helpful with lender recommendations and inspectors for the property. When we finally found the house of our dreams, she was out of town but she arranged for her Broker (who was so helpful too) to attend closing and we were able to buy a beautiful home in our price range and even in the neighborhood we loved the best!
